LPW - Waltham, 15J, 6S, 14K multicolor gold HC recase with beautiful rear scene of a majestic stag standing in front of a lake and mountains, rose gold front shield with initials, gold cuvette with 1899 presentation engraving, green and white enamel SS impressed dial with gold and silver foil decorations, red glass insets at 5-minute positions, SW-SS, nickel damascene, s#17241951. Gross weight of assembled watch 37.7 dwt (58.8 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: NR, fully wound, will tick briefly with a twist and will tick weakly continuously with some excess pressure held to crown, overhaul needed, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, few micro-fine scratches; dial flawless in visible portion; excellent hands; case shows little wear, mild ding or nick to right shoulder of rear evident to inner surface of lid but with negligible visibility to exterior, good overall engraving detail though with reduction at high areas, case rear opens somewhat short of 90 degrees (to approximately 75 degrees); tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
